3.1. The machine tool design adopts a two axis rolling guide and one axis sliding guide, which combines the characteristics of high-speed and high-precision, as well as the characteristics of heavy cutting. It has excellent rigidity and production efficiency, combined with automatic forced lubrication, to improve the accuracy, lifespan, and rigidity of the machine tool.

3.2. All key components of the machine tool are designed using advanced 3D software, and the optimal structure of the components is determined through advanced computer finite element analysis. The bed body, gantry, bed saddle, and other components are designed with large cross-sectional dimensions, the guide rail is designed with large span dimensions, and the gantry is designed with an ultra wide structure, thereby providing the machine tool with excellent strength, rigidity, and thermal stability.

3.3. The main joint surfaces of the machine tool assembly are carefully scraped manually to ensure the effective contact area of the joint surface.

3.4. The spindle adopts precision spindle units produced by professional manufacturers in Taiwan, and the spindle bearings are all made of high-precision angular contact thrust ball bearings from world-renowned brands, ensuring that the spindle has extremely high accuracy and rigidity. The spindle and motor pulley have undergone dynamic balance testing to ensure spindle accuracy and lifespan. The front cover of the spindle adopts an air curtain protection function to prevent the invasion of air, dust, and cutting fluid.

3.5. The machine tool feed component adopts imported high-precision ball screws, and the support bearings at both ends use imported special bearings for the ball screws, and the ball screws are pre stretched; The connection between the screw and the motor adopts a seamless elastic coupling, with no transmission clearance, small rotational inertia, and high transmission stiffness.
